This is a dream loaf. One that hits that savoury spot a treat, breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea....
Corn flavour from the polenta, saltiness from the olives and feta, sharpness from the vintage cheese, and freshness from the herbs.
I hope you love this as much as I do...
This is the perfect and most delicious meatless Monday pasta dish, you will not regret giving it a go. You could totally add any protein to this such as chicken or some delicious Italian sausage mince. The options are endless and I hope this is a recipe that is on repeat in your homes.
Oh and side note next time I will totally be adding a gorgeous burrata to this!
I adore this Spiced Mexican soup so so much. Smokey like Ricky shaking his bon bon, spicy but not like a punch in the face, fresh like a husbands mind, balanced unlike my life…. She was perfect

There is something deeply satisfying with making food from scratch. I’m not sure what it is exactly but it gives me a sense of wholeness, warmth and comfort. Like when you were a kid and you ask your mum or grandma for a particular dish that gave you the feels so much so you can still smell and feel it to this day when you think back on it.
