Speedy Pork Noodles
Sometimes all you feel like is a bowl of noodles. This is my go too speedy noodle dish and I adore it simple because as the title says they’re speedy but also delicious. I personally love udon noodles especially in a ramen but of course you can always substitute the udon noodles for rice especially if you prefer a gluten free option. I saw this original recipe on Marions Kitchen and had to make it with some tweaks along the way.

Oporto's Bondi Burger
If it is one fast food burger I love it is an Oporto's Bondi burger, so when I saw Culinary Mary post this recipe I had to make it. I remember thinking "surely this isn't going to be as good" was I wrong! The chilli sauce was bang on, heck the whole burger was. You guys have no idea how excited I was when I tried this.

Smokey Bacon Pasta
If its one pasta shape that I love it is these large pasta shells, purely because it is basically like a mini bowl that has all this sauce scooped right into it… This pasta is so quick and easy to make but also has an amazing punch in flavour.
Ingredients:

Chicken and Vegetable Soup
There isn’t anything better than a slow cooker meal and even better when it is a soup full of nutrients. This is my go too soup and it changes all the time because I generally use what veggies I have at hand. Serve with a sprinkle of grated parmesan and you have a piece of art.
Great for freezing batches too.

Cool evenings call for a curry... Now I am not a pro with curries but this is delicious and I love the Maesri curry pastes. You could easily swap the fish for chicken, slow cooked beef...
